The product is excelent & is easy to use. My only complaint would be the mini-manual that comes with the product could be a little more helpful. It works well & can handle 5 different cell phones. The owners manual can be downloaded from Parrot.
I wrote to Parrot who told me only to soft reboot phone which proved of no benefit. Same luck with my wife's phone. Bought a BlueAnt Supertooth 3 that is very good--no static. Paired well with my phone and sounded good to me. Others on the other end complained of excessive static in most calls. Returned to Amazon as defective and got full refund--no problem.
I give it 3 starts because when it works, it works great, and my wife uses hers with no problems, but i have purchased another unit (Motorola T325) that works just as good and stays connected to my iphone. I had my phone checked out and Apple assured me there was nothing wrong with my phone, and Parrot customer support insisted it was a problem with my phone. I had a problem with it staying connected to my Iphone, but when it was connected it worked great. After around 20 - 30 minutes it would lose its connection with my phone for no apparent reason. I am not sure what to believe as my wifes Iphone stays connected with no problems.

Buy one. Make sure you store/save your cell numbers to the PHONE (not Sims card). I brought this item for my husband and he loves it. Make sure your cell phone can Voice Name record.
It is more than worth the price. It clips on to the sun visor, speakerphone is very clear, battery life is about 10 days (depending on usage) and you would not believe it could be this good. Advice to people buying: 1. You need this option on your cell phone to PAIR with Parrot MINIKIT Bluetooth Speakerphone. This Parrot MINIKIT Bluetooth Speakerphone (Black) is the best product for hands free.
We do not like complicated gagets (modern technology) but this is NOT one of them. You can save back to Sims card after pairing to Parrot.2.
